Questions, answered

Does it cost anything to start?

No. Setting up a brand, posting campaigns and inviting creators is free. You add money to your wallet only when you're ready to pay a creator.

Where do creator numbers come from?

From the creator's connected Instagram account. If a number isn't available, we leave it blank rather than guess.

When does a campaign slot count as filled?

When the creator signs the agreement. Invitations and acceptances alone don't use up a slot.

What if the content isn't right?

Ask for a revision with notes. The creator is notified and resubmits, and escrowed money stays held until you approve.

Can creators use CollabX on the web?

Creators use the CollabX mobile app, coming soon to Android and iOS. The web app is for brands.
